Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $6.50 for orders shipped within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and South America. We do not ship out of this territory.
Refunds and Returns are handled on a case by case basis, and we make every effort to please customers. This website sells products geared towards a professional buying audience, and we expect purchases to be made with a businesslike consideration. If you are unfamiliar with a product, please buy a small quantity to try out. If you are not happy with a product that is new to you and you have been considerate in protecting unused product to be restocked, we will give you a refund less a 10% restocking fee. We will replace merchandise we determine to be defective. There is a 60 calendar day limit on all returns and refunds.
